Welcome back Executive Chef Randal White!

Chef White, a native fifth generation Floridian, has been a chef for over 30 years. He brings to thetable a versatility and approach unique to North Central Florida and isn’t shy about experimenting with different fresh ingredients. Chef White has enjoyed the accolades that come with being one of the area’sbest, named “Chef of the Year” by the American Culinary Federation, a statewide organization of leading chefs. Chef White’s travels include premiere fine dining locations across the southern United States, working
in hotels and resorts from the Saddlebrook Resort in Florida, Opryland Hotel in Nashville,Tennessee, and 15consecutive years with Hilton Ocala.
Chef White educated the public on cooking techniques on the Dishin’ It Out with Chef Randal White TV show (Cox Cable) from 2007-2013. Now, the talent for “The Chef’s Table” TV show airs on UF’s PBS channel 5 Gainesville, Florida. His objective at Hilton Ocala is to continue to utilize fresh local products from around Marion County and our beautiful state. “Our aim is to promote locally sourced food, and healthy, fresh Farm
to Table dining options. I am a fifth generation Florida guy, my roots grow deep in our
culture, farming, fishing, cooking and family…it’s what I’m all about” says Chef White.
