Our philosophy about the ingredients we use is relatively simple. Use fresh, local and sustainable whenever possible. This is how we source ingredients for Ocala's newest gastropub, Market Kitchen & Bar, Athur's (for the best Sunday Brunch) and for all our meeting and event menus - even the cocktails. Why do we go to the trouble of planting our very own garden? Because it tastes better! That mint julip you had at our amazing Kentuckey Derby party this year had mint from our garden!
