Chocolate covered and delicious with every bite, we invite you to join us for a Symphony of Chocolate in the main lobby on Mondays and Saturdays from 5:30pm to 6:30 pm. Join our resident “Chocoholic,” for a decadent sampling of fresh éclairs, strawberries, and ladyfingers accompanied by our guest of honor – the flowing chocolate from our Chef’s very own chocolate fountain. Discover the magic of chocolate with friends old and new and just try not to smile… we dare you. |

DIVINE WINE WITH DAN
Tuesdays from 6:00pm to 7:00pm
Do you simply drink wine, or do you taste wine. Learn how the smell, taste, and appearance of a wine are integral to its enjoyment. Join Dan, and let him introduce you to a wonderful selection of wines from Washington State called 14 hands in the Chardonnay, Merlot, and Cabernet varieties. If you are confused by the jargon on wine labels, intimidated by the wine lists in restaurants, or would simply like to enjoy the company of fellow wine tasters, then let us help demystify the world of wine and show you the true hospitality you will come to know in the heart of horse country. |

It’s time to Take it to the Max Martini Madness with our very own mixologist, Max, to lead the way. He will educate you how to mix it, shake it, and pour it like the professionals here at the Ocala Hilton. Who knew learning could be this fun. Discover the tricks to making the perfect Martini every time then dazzle your friends with a Martini party of your own – but remember to always Take to the Max. We’ll see you there. |

“CLYDESDALE CARRIAGE RIDES” with Special Guest Star Buddy
Thursdays & Fridays from 5:30pm to 7:30pm and Sundays from 11:00am to 1:00pm
Welcome to the Heart of Horse Country! Once you’ve arrived, there is only one way to experience the beauty Marion County has to offer, a carriage ride pulled by our favorite own Clydesdale, Buddy. He will be offering his complimentary carriage rides for you and your family from 5:30pm to 7:30pm on Tuesday through Saturday and 11:00am to 1:00pm on Sunday. Buddy loves to show off the Hilton’s plush paddock during his nightly tours. When you check in, don’t forget to pick up a package of Buddy’s favorite cookies at the front desk. | |
